Nice to see you back in Ghana. I like your new home; it's quite spacious. As I get older, I prefer less furniture and things in the house. I only want the essentials, but good quality. Ghana makes you glow 🌟✨.🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🌍❤️!

A large mirror at the end of the hallway (the one without windows where you keep your workout gear) would be a great addition. You can put that tray you keep toilet paper in on its side so it takes up less floor space. I was watching a video showing a plant sales shop in Ghana. I'll go and find it then tell you about it. They may be able to recommend shade tolerant plants that would do well in tropical weather

Nice house. I realised you kept your gas cylinder was in your kitchen. A cylinder should ideally be kept out of the kitchen and in a well ventilation (natural) area-Leaked gases are kept within explosion limits in the natural ventilation. Through a copper pipe it can be attached to a gas stove from outside. Gas cylinders must always be shielded from heat and ignition sources.

Hi Jas, my suggestion about the wall at the end of the hallway is to buy a beautiful colorful African painting at the art center in Accra and place it there. Also I have the same suggestion for the wall over your headboard. You have so many big empty walls that you can fill with paintings and other African art. Get yourself a makeup vanity with drawers, a big mirror and a seat, so you can put your makeup on, also the drawers help with storing the makeup and creams, so it can look nice and neat and not messy like it looks now.

Hi Jas, love the new apartment, I love to decorate so my suggestion about that empty space in the hallway you can put a desk there and use it as an office instead of the dining table, also the big plant in the living room place it in the center of the wall and open the leafs and place the pictures around it or above your empty wall above my desk suggestion. ..😊😊

Also maybe use some woven baskets tohelp with the clutter on the dresser. Maybe a shelf here and there also helps and curtain or a lively African mat or mud cloth conceals well.

Very nice Jasmine, congratulations on your new home☺ I don't want to sound to offend any of your viewers from Ghana or other African cities but I wanted to point out that I see that most kitchens have doors. I would like to know if it's the norm everywhere in West Africa to have kitchens with doors? I was thinking it may be due in parts to avoid the smell of the spices and food to linger in other rooms. That's a guess of mine but I would like to know more as I'm only asking because back home, Haiti, it's not common at all to have a closed kitchen. Thank you for inviting us to your home. More blessings your way! Isabelle

Remember in Ghana when people walk around with flip flops and due to the dusty environment their feet might still be dirty for the rugs/ carpet and it's best to place a mat where people can rub off their feet. It might sound rude asking your guests to do this but they would understand.

I think the colour of the doors are too strong for the wall colours. If the apartment was yours, I will say, change the colours of the doors. Looking at the interior of the lounge, I will suggest the flat screen TV is not big enough to be on the wall. It should be on the TV stand. Anyway, enjoy your apartment. I wish you had shown us a bit more about Australia.
