Let's keep on telling ourselves " This will pass..." Often I think this way when I get in such stressful times ( wondering when is it going to end?) Will this make me smarter, stronger, tougher, nicer, more humble, Angier? It gets to a point when you feel tired and overwhelmed. But we'll get through it. 🙏
