This is why there should be testing for boaters a driver's license because sailboats under sail always have the right of way. They cannot maneuver like a powerboat That is a written and Unwritten rule of the waterways. You should have started your boat and moved you almost caused a tragedy..

I wasn’t anchored, but did have my Trolling motor on spot lock but it was still way to close for my comfort. I really need to have my air horn at the ready.
