4:12, I was caught off guard at first, but this is Mid Manhattan New York City, the reason why I could tell is because of the very thin tower in the background in the middle. The reason why I thought at first it wasn't America was because the Sky and Weather I saw in the clip is not United States weather, must have been edited beforehand.
