25:00 never accept a torn Rupee note/bill from anybody in India, you may get into trouble. Always return torn notes and strictly ask them to give you a good one which is not torn/stiched/mutilated...don't worry they will comply if you ask them cuz they just wanna get rid of the torn note by passing it on to you 😉

Hi Max, I love the way you try our local foods without worrying or being afraid about health. I've seen many foreigners being reluctant to try out these little shops and vendors, preferring to eat only at big, nice-looking restaurants. This way, they miss out on truly exploring and experiencing the generosity and sweetness of the people. Yes, I agree that at some places there are issues of cleanliness, but there are also many great people selling tasty food on the roadside in their little shops, and those are worth trying. You do the same, and I really appreciate that.

"Namak" is salt, "bura" is sugar powder. The juice you had was of sweet lime, in Hindi we call it "mosambi"😊 One thing if a vendor gives you a ripped note you can ask him to change it. We don't feel offended if we are asked to change the note
