I had a possum get in my house one time in the middle of the night. The cat promptly cornered it - the scuffle is what woke me up. The possum was terrified and hissed at us. But no one was hurt and I managed to get the possum outside unhurt. Love Miss Kitty on Leanns lap. I have my cat on my lap like that a lot too

My dog brought a baby one in the house once. He came running in with what I thought was a ball but was a baby possum probably just away from mama. My husband was able to get it out before it's paralysis was gone.

God bless you LeaAnne for not giving up while doing the compilation video. That is just full of dear memories of when I first met you all. Adler was so little! Seems like many more years have past, I've come to care so much for the whole family in this short time. I hope maybe once a year you might put one together? If you had a whole year to spend a few minutes every day or night on it, perhaps it wouldn't be stressful. And an idea, what if you worked with the kids and made a collaboration of Doss family takes outs from all the channels? You know things don't have to be perfect for those of us that truly love you don't you? Blessings~

I really enjoyed the compilation Grandma put together. I remember all the videos, and seeing Case and Adler so young. It's amazing how much they've grown. I think Brandon Eddy used that kind of mesh on one of his chicken enclosures and had to switch to a wire mesh because a raccoon chewed a hole into it.

hello, what about moving the coops over by the shed? Then it is in the middle and you can close off one side or the other to let that side recover. Just a thought. Plus you can rearrange the pieces so you don't have to squeeze through a tiny narrow path on the side of the coop. I enjoy your whole family. God bless!

Grandpa, I'm glad you caught the possum. Also, I always look forward to your Wormy dance. Today, Magneto was seranading you while you danced. Too bad about no mousie chase, but those two hens appeared to have a great time scratching and destroying the mouse nest. I love to watch Fox and PDub knocking horns together. I think your pigs are the first pigs I have ever seen who have long hair on their tails instead of bare little corkscrew tails. Those tails must make good fly-swatters. Miss Rylie and Mr. Revel have grown so much! They aren't even a year old, and look at how large they are!! They are both beautiful dogs. Grandma, I love how comfortable Miss Kitty is around you, and sleeping on the pillow on your lap. She has come a long way from being a feral kitty. Now she has a loving home with you and Grandpa. I love listening to your rock n' talks at the end of the video. It is a peaceful way to end out the videos. Blessings to you both and all of your animals!

I think Kyle has one the same brand of feeders. It looks like mama kitty has a new best friend and she even gets a pillow of her own. She has put on a little wait also. She has put on weight. Yes, I liked it better when they hung out together. Baby wandering off bothers me. I’m glad they are both spayed but I don’t understand her need to leave days at a time. Glad to see that you’re both improving from the cold, praying that it will be finished with its course soon! Another commenter mentioned the pvc pipe put on the goat horns to prevent them from going through the dog door, I’ve also seen it used for the same purpose & it seemed to work well. Adding an old tennis ball to each end might be a good safety suggestion as well. With it attached it would also prevent them from putting their heads thru the fencing &/or injuring each other. Walker Farm Family put out a video awhile back on making a chicken waterer out of a 5 gal bucket & dispenser cups that they are very happy with, might be worth a watching. They just incubated a slew of eggs & now have 88 new chicks! Cassie “Crazy Chicken Lady” Walker is a great resource of information! You both are doing great working together on this channel & I look forward to watching for a long time coming! God bless!

lol. She would never stay in the house. I left the door open when I was getting her Churu’s ready. The minute I started for the door with them she ran out. She’s so worried we are going to close her in. She is never going to be an inside cat. Not on her terms anyway.

Another great video. Love the new chicken feeder, hope they get used to it soon. Too bad there weren't any baby mice in the nests for the chickens to gobble up..sorry folks, but they are vermin and need to go. Watching you describing and showing the tunnels had me chuckling...I was thinking, maybe Grandpa can make an agility course for the chickens! Thanks for sharing and God bless.

I loved the reminiscing video. It doesn't seem like it's being over 2 yrs since you started & i loved the video's back then. Thank you Shannon & Kyle for helping it happen Oh yeah .. the Piggy girl's have lost weight. I have told the kid's to put our young momma on a diet. She's finally gained her weight back. And i love the new chicken yard idea. I think itll be awesome. You can cut off the new section every so often to give it time to regenerate. Like mowing grass, have a minimum size you want the grass to get down to then cut off the access. Rotational grazing.😊
