Thank you for this discussion. I often use puts before earnings. I have to admit they're a last resort extreme Insurance for me. So most of mine expire worthless. I guess in the language I'm using 75 Delta and higher!

He's talking about buying short-term puts to hedge stock positions. 25 Delta and 50 Delta look it up on Google it's right there.
