Good day Dr. I am on the hunt for some alternate exercise for chest. I have had ankylosing spondylitis since the age of 21 and with my spine curvature, pulling back my shoulders for bench press is difficult. So I suspect that the anterior delt is doing the work with a result that I find it difficult to get chest gains. I noticed that fly-type exercises , I do feel more activation. I shall try your suggestions in this video to see how this could perhaps assist me. Thank you for some great vids.

Great Info, took notes And took this into the gym today. It makes sense that their are 3 dif types of ex for the chest for the 3 dif levels. (also that 1 more to make 10 in total)

Hello doctor, I found a video on KZbin by DocUnlock where it says that the any extra protein intake above 1.4g/kg of body weight has only a small 10% improvement. Is there any benefit in gains if protein intake is 1.4g/kg of body weight compared to RDA of 0.8g/kg of body weight. Would definitely like a video on that cause protein supplements are expensive compared to creatine and we wouldn't want to waste money on that. Thanks

I impersonate no one. Dr. Gains is a registered trademark for health and fitness I own and am licensed to use. My name is obviously not "Gains", so the Dr. is obviously not a title here. Just like Dr. Pepper. Although I actually am very close to having that title myself. Whereupon I will become Dr. Kamalu. But that's irrelevant to the trademark name.
