I got surgery January 9th on my left wrist and got into an accident on May 4th. Took X-rays and my neck curvature was misaligned and hurt my wrist again and had to visit the orthopedic again. Still waiting for my settlement

Nobody can tell you how much your case is going to settle. There’s so many factors involved like what state you’re in what evidence there is what the investigation showed what the investigation from the insurance showed there’s witnesses if there’s dash cam video so many things this can take 2 to 3 years sometimes more to settle, you are never going to get an answer from anybody on how much your case is worth. I know exactly what I’m talking about because I was in a semi just five months ago also when another semi hit me head on at 65 miles an hour I got hurt really bad. I lost my truck and I lost almost $100,000 and lost revenue alsomy case is still going and to get ready bc it will most likely take 2-3 years.

I just had my deposition. fuck I wasn't expecting the level of interrogation lmaooo. young attorney WAS NOT PLEASANT.. my attorney said I did okay. he rated my deposition a B+ after 3 hours of being drilled fuck man.. hopefully never again lmao

@thinline8504 sorry to hear that. I’ve defended a 10 hour deposition, where the defense lawyer had my client talk about about 200 or or so photos of his wound injury. It was ridiculous in my opinion. I’ve taken 8 hour depositions, but that's more likely if there’s an it interpreter. Lawsuits are very detail oriented. Best, Justin Ziegler
