Nice one! :) For the sake of completeness I want to point out that I know this Build from Bél, a Tempest from our alliance. Doesn't mean I didn't do some testing on my own, but in the end I came back to this build which she had already found out to be the strongest one for her.

Try this build- Look Leeward, Slippery Shell, United Defiance, Seafarers Trows, Skein - Parter, Hurricane Hitch, Shriekworth, and Ripperjaws. 4 Urge and 4 Gloomguides. Paragon Slinger - unseen Dynamism, Gifted, uncanny, Deadly Intent, and Spell Surge. I also use Gloom Cask and Seeping Bile

Crazy how strong those two star gems are. Tried this out and I improved my damage yet you are doing way more damage and I’ve been playing since day one. 4k Rez and using 5 star gems all at rank 5 except howlers call is rank 4. Need one more to Get it to rank 5. Thinking will add the mourneskull for extra damage rather then the howlers Good stuff brother. Using 4 piece grace and 4 piece gloom Might see what 4 piece vithu can do instead of gloom

I recently rolled Tempest (usually a barb) and used Mao's build. A lot of fun but oblivion pillars (i3) were really hard while with barb pretty easy. Any recommendations for tempest? 6 piece vithu+ mountebanks for survivability?

You can go with Massacrae right side paragon for Cheat death, Savior, 4x Mounts 4x Vithus and you should be fine. You shouldn’t have much trouble as long as you are kiting with the water bananas

Can you extend the build information more, please? It was missing to show belt, rings as you know there are 2 types of rings one of red gems and one of blue gems and we being new to the game always grab the wrong one for not knowing the names, talisman, inferlicario and apart you can show the recommended gems in the section of the green build please

You just need to get 4x Glooms 4x Vithus pieces - it doesn’t matter the slots as long as you have it like that

The damage with max stacks didn’t change, and it’s way easier now to have 5 stacks bc it’s 1sec. It feels more like a Quality of Life nerf than anything. I actually don’t mind it xD

What are those little blue globes that shoot towards the dummy? I have been playing tempest awhile and have never seen that. Hey indez. Try 4 glooms 2 urges and 2 banquet. In my test i did more damage with 2 pcs banquet. Let me know what you think

I did try 4x glooms but I just do more dmg with 4x grace, I think it will depend on your character and how much crit you have

@IndezYT I messed up when I said the last comment. Instead of 4pcs vithus try 2 pc to get the added duration. And 2 pcs of banquet. Where your build doesn't have as much dash I can see the glooms not working as well. But the rolling surf with 2pc banquet for me did more damage then the added attack speed from 4 pc urge. Just give it a whirl. 4 pc grace 2 urge and 2 banquet. Lemme know what you think.

4x vithus will always be better than 2x because of the burst it will give for those secs, and in this game most fights/boss don't last more than 5-10secs

Tempest have a lot great builds for PvE with huge damage This is what i love For PvE greace is better For PvP Gloom is better + always 4 x Vituu

Common misinformation. For pvp grace is superior too. Just use the crit essence for blade dance on the offhand. 4 grace 2 gloom 2 vithus is far superior.

Not rly my friend, i tested it for so long. 22.5% crit in PvP +15% dmg buff ALL THE TIME active is much much MUCH better than greace 4set effect Greace is better ONLY if You use full DOT gem setup( viper, seeping, everlasting, rolling ) Crit chance with good armor pene for Tempest in PvP is NUMBER 1 So dont speak about misinformation, if you are not knoledged enough

As long as you have your Rolling Surf at 100% up time you can farm with any tempest build. Probably getting the Surf chest for 10% CD red can help. Nowadays I don’t farm as much, but I find super easy with tempest
