This guy is pretty good at his pyke mechanics, I think reigning him in and teaching him to let his team set him up for resets and also to take his small win, disengage, and then re-engage or just live will be huge for his climb.

I'm the guy in the video. learning that I dont need to go ham every fight and that I should value my life and disengage has really really helped me in the games I have played since. That, and learning how to set up picks by staying out of vision, thinking about where enemies will go, and picking out which target I need to prioritize, either off kill bounty or win con. Also putting a huge emphasis on cs'ing better lol

@@nathanslonaker9941 Just like how you were taught here to go after the shutdowns; you, too, as an assassin will be worth a big shutdown (if you are doing your job), so getting out alive is usually way more valuable than getting one more kill in a teamfight. I think the best way you could play out the pyke strategy is to hide, flank, and assassinate the enemy carry, and instantly after that switch into support mode, where you back up, start peeling and letting your team prep the rest of your ult resets. Rather than you instantly trying to go from one person to the next to get kills yourself in a teamfight. Learning to value my own life over getting kills is probably the first big jump i made at getting better at the game. It might sound selfish, but literally try to play as if the only thing that matters to you is your KDA score. It can technically be bad for your team if you always play that way, but it does instill good habits. Constantly being worried that you might die and ruin your KDA score will cause you to start thinking more about things that you sometimes might not think about yet. For example, if you are attempting to play through a game with 0 deaths, you suddenly will start warding more to protect your score, you will start scanning bushes more to make sure you arent standing on vision, you will start saving flash for more important uses, etc. Once these good habits are instilled, you can then drop the KDA focus and then just try to win games.

Yah youd be surprised. When the players KNOW they are horrible they tend to be nicer but when then they start getting some sort of confidence in their skill and then losing makes them toxic

He should not use his ULT on minions, as it fully resets the ULT. If he lets the timer run out it is significantly shorter. 5:28

Incorrect, the actual CD keeps going down in the 20 seconds you are allowed to use the reset. You dont get a "significantly" shorter CD and ult is the best waveclear pyke has.

I'm pretty sure that at iron *any* coach will help you greatly, they usually cost 20€, neace is very overpriced for your purpose imo I can definitely recommend neace though, but seriously for your elo I'm pretty sure it's overkill you should wait with it till you are able to take all of it in

To control his camera better there, I actually use different controls in League and Dota, in league my spacebar is my center camera, in Dota I have a more convenient secondary option for that so space is my stop command. Im just weird like that but point is, he can use his spacebar for a bind that he needs to be able to just smash without thinking

I've only watched 3 minutes but damn why is he so far away from the minions when farming uncontested, if he just stands on top of them he won't miss as much. He doesn't have to move at the last possible moment, better to be there in time and not miss because of not even getting there in time.

Than you go to crab smite it back to full hp and now you start controll the midlane - river - botlane, you dont go base before u have killed someone. Than you buy lethalty item for 1100 gold. Than you start killing yi or kayn in their jungle :P ganking mid and bot, check up your red or enemy red. ect

Ngl his farming is tilting and i'm wondering why people play ranked when they haven't even mastered their champ or don't know basics of the game. Like it is insulting for the others who actually devote time to learn the game and get some macro knowledge from videos n tutorials and all. If Neace wasn't in his ear, he'd be running it down non-stop, with no farming, and the type of player who goes 15/17, loses the game and thinks he did nothing wrong because he got kills.
