When he got out of prison and met Charlie Veitch, he was in a much better frame of mind and looked a lot healthier. Charlie helped him, gave him some money and all seemed good. But soon the streets got hold of him again and he went back down the same route he was living and the streets got hold of him again. He is accustomed to the streets, you can see it in how he acts and interacts as you walk around with him. Too familiar with the streets, to used to that way of living, he finds comfort in that environment and that lifestyle, he is scared of change, he fears the unknown and how he wound cope in a new way of living. It's going to be hard to get him change and turn his life around. Best of luck Billy, I wish you well in your endeavours.

There but for th grace of God go I. I had a terrible childhood. A stepfather who often spoke with his fists, who wke me in order to beat me. Xmas for me was coming down to broken glass, everywhere. Then came other kinds of abuse from elsewhere. The grace surrounding me caused me to be able to say NO! I was fortunate to always have music. Not every person who has had a rough childhood ends on the streets or 'suiciding' I love people and have compassion which is why I volunteered for the Simon in L/pool. As you infer, 'Crutchy' will be ready when he is ready! He seems not to be aware how well off he is, poor man is lost for the moment because of persons like Ali pushing negativity (can be worst than drugs at the wrong moment!) I now have cancer and am in a wheelchair, what has he to be so negtive for? I am sure he is hurting, but no more than anyone else in his circumstances. Every day is a new day fr me and I am being cheery all through it! The guy who used to be in a wheelchair seems good, but the other guy would make a birthday cake look moribund! LOL You really are goodness Billy, if I may call you thus. all the best!

8:35 into the video and ive heard turbo saying this is what im saying a number of times regarding billy telling him to change. As i said before in previous videos turbo will end up very hurt by his so called friends being jealous of him under the influence of drink or drugs because billy is trying to help him. Ali is right in a sense saying how will teeth help turbo he will still be walking around manchester with a can and a new set of teeth. Billy turbos playing you if he genuinely was ready to change he would ask you to drop him home to his family home or some where far away from manchester.

@ thank you yes 3 girls from 18 years too 31 years two boys from 11 year old too 30 years old plus 5 grandchildren that why I stop the alcohol just looking in my younger daughters eyes Jessica said it all and I just stopped it all never touch drugs but alcoholic is the devil’s medicine that we can buy far worth than any drugs in my eyes Billy is a gent off the uk we need more like him I do my bit here in Yorkshire too help but if their not 50% ready they will never do it I did it on my own without doctors from a bottle off vodka per day and running my business just stopped I prayed a lot and laugh but some one heard me we need billy he’s a uk hero never meet him but can just tell he’s a good guy one day I’ll meet him
