Fun fact number 1: Takashi Yamazaki the director of this film is a big fan of Godzilla, he also featured Godzilla as cameo in "Always: Sunset on Third Street" on 2005 and he is the director of "Godzilla the Ride: Giant Monsters Ultimate Battle" which have same design for Godzilla in this film Fun fact number 2: This is the first Godzilla film for winning Oscar's Best Visual Effect of 2024! The budget for producing this movie is about $10 to 12 million but Takashi's crestive method is worthy to winning the award!

I noticed that godzilla moves in a very stiff, inorganic way. UNLESS He sees something to kill. Then hes suddenly swift, animalistic and aggressive. It like this thing is fuled soley by hate and spite, zoneing out untill he sees something to kill..

What will happen to the Godzilla cells parasitic on Noriko, and what will happen to all the people exposed to Godzilla's heat rays? The happy ending is yet to come. The essence of this film is that it depicts the horror of radiation that is passed down from generation to generation.

And since I wanted to let you know about the radiation damage caused by Godzilla's heat rays, I wrote this down as well.

My experience is that many people tend to laugh at serious scenes in movie because if they don't, they themselves feel uncomfortable. I remember watching Hereditary 2018 in the theater and a lot of folks laughed during some parts. I admit, the part in the movie that made the crowd really hollar with laughter was a bit goofy, but it was pretty serious to me.

Opening scene is the pride of Japan, the Japanese Zero Fighter plane. Landing on the fictional Odo Island. Home of their Great fictional monster "Gojira". Sirens sounding, "Is that a new Yankee weapon?" A paradox, answer is Yes, to the tune of 300 long range B29 Bombers & thousands of newly developed incendiary bombs; nepalm. That rained fire on the civilians of Tokyo in March of 1945. The premise of the movie is the survivors of the "Tokyo Fire Bombing on March 10th, 1945". Mankind's worst. More casualties and lost in history to the Hiroshima Bomb. The "Black Market" scene with it's vendors, prostitutes & hustlers that introduced Noriko & Akiko to Koichi is brilliant. The date March 1946, it's raining, it's the one year anniversary of the "Tokyo Fire Bombing". Ironically Koichi is drenched in water not fire. Another date is the sinking of the "Takao". The sudden bombarding of Godzilla also, ironic, as the "Takao" was involved in the surprise attack of Pearl Harbor. On March 10th, 2024, on the 79th anniversary of the "Tokyo Fire Bombing", Takashi Yamazaki & crew is awarded the Oscar in Hollywood California. Takashi Yamazaki tells a Great Japanese post WWII story using their Great fictional monster "Gojira", that the world wouldn't be interested in anyway. The association between Harley Davidson, Koichi's "Black Market" motorcycle, and the Japanese Imperial army is a surprise discovery. As well as many others. Which are factual. The last line, survivor Noriko looks to the side of the camera and says, "Is your war.....now finally over?". I read, in Japan, in theaters after the movie people applauded.
