I have a couple of questions regarding security. Firstly, the fingerprint scanner and pin code are all very well, but how would you go about getting in or out during a power outage? Secondly, what kind of security does the balcony door have? What's stopping a burglar from entering via the balcony door?

It has little feet. I only know this because I looked it up after I took interest in shipping container houses, but the easiest solution would be to construct a pier foundation with concrete. If anything, I’d say this prefabricated unit would lend itself to pier foundations even better than a shipping container because it has feet. I don’t know what the rules are in your country, but over here in Britain you would need planning permission and building regulations approval. Given what those entail, they shouldn’t be too hard to come by, given the small size of this dwelling.

Exactly, why have a two bedroom tiny house without a fully functional kitchen. Don't need a two bedrooms without a kitchen to cook in and no closet space and no washer and dryer space at all. Keep the smaller bedroom and turn the large bedroom with the balcony area into a kitchen and living room space. That would feel more like a fully functional tiny one bedroom house with a balcony.
