Kayak trolling seems like the perfect way to fish in style. Thanks for the good content, Adam! 😊

Nice fish! Looked pretty cold out there, we're used to the cold up north, and being able to dress properly for it can be a challenge for sure. Got to call you out about the PFD though man, want to see you stay safe. Does you no good sitting on the back of your kayak if you go in the water. As cold as the air was out there you probably wouldn't make it out of the even colder water if you went in. Even better at those temps would be a dry suit. The rule to live by is "the rule of 120". If the air and water temperatures combined don't add up to 120 you should be in a drysuit and a PFD to be a safe as you can. Keep up the videos but be safe.

Like the video, I go from the bay in the summer to the lakes in the winter. Lakes aren’t as exciting of a catch but it is nice to go out on the lake and relax with smooth water and no tide. Trout are fun to catch and the taste ok when their candy brined and smoked 👍

Lake Amador. Love that lake. They stock weekly from oct to march. These trout are raise on site. Monster cats n bass slabs of crappies under the dock on jig or minnows. Best place to fish is by the dam or near the spillway if your lucky find the inlet creek or runoff’s. Use a clear bobber with black wooly bugger is best. Use a small rapala jerkbait or cricket hopper. Been fishing this lake over 25 yrs

Hello Adam, great video like always, but I have Two questions… . 1) were you using your fishfinder to determine how deep the fish were located? 2) did you try and in-line trolling weight on either rod to reach greater depth with your trolling lures?

Cutbows are great tasting. Nice couple of fish. Hey I’m curious about the kayak. I remember when you first made the change you leaned over and had to abandon ship to keep from flipping. In this video you stood up easily and the kayak looked really stable. Just wondering what has changed or did you add anything to make it more stable? Tamales was a great idea. Cool video. 🫔 🫔 🫔 🕺🏼 🫔 🫔 🦨 🔥 👍🏻💪🏻 🤙🏻

Adam, In retrospect of watching this video I have many so comments to try to remember. Stealth, HI Tech, motorized kayaks like yours have re-invented fishing. You look so comfortable in your battery powered kayak! Like sitting in a reclining padded chair and FISHING with 2 rods?. With your set up you can cruise/cover lots of miles in any water for many hours. In cold get northern goose down insulation --but don't get it wet!! Lures?? How can one critically analyze lures, colors, and what else?? When everything at your cruising speed is changing constantly? Where you go, bottom contours, time of day, weather, speeds/turns/depths?? You make most fishers, wonder WHAT??? You need to post a conglomerate of your worse, unsuccessful, skunk trips (and why) so others have HOPE.
