There is one truth I say over and over again… It’s easy to start a business. It’s WAY harder to make a profitable one. That’s why I think buying a business with existing cashflow is the best choice. I call it acquisition entrepreneurship. If you’re curious about business buying, I’m hosting a free 90 minute class on October 16 @ 11AM CST. You can sign-up through this link! *I didn't become financially independent until I was in my late 40's, and I'm still in my 40's. In addition to having purchased my second home and earning money on a monthly basis through passive income, I've also achieved three out of five goals. I just hope this inspires someone to realize that it doesn't matter if you don't have any of these things yet, you can start today no matter your age. Change your future by investing! I made a rather big decision by investing in the financial market.*

I’m 55 and earn around $450k annually, only save about 2% in HSAs. I've been reading a lot of articles mentioning how worthless 'cash savings' are in this current economy. Thus, my question: what is the best business to purchase to grow my cash as of now?
@MarieLegrand-p7z3 ай бұрын
Agreed, opting for financial advice is the best way to go about when dealing with financial issues. My advisor put my $735k in Private Equity and I average five figures/month in returns. My overall ROI just hit $2.77M and is still counting up.

I've already watched this twice in a row. It's 1:39 am. Thank you, Codie! I knew about businesses buying business because they have money. But I didn't know about seller financing. For many years, I've always told my friends and family that I wanted to own businesses and have someone managing while I'm away. Now I have hope. I also didn't think about working a 9-5 while owning a business. I want to do it to pay off faster!

You have buying a business, but then also think about what business you're buying. What sector, service, or products you're getting into. That can also have an effect as to how successful you can be with your business, along with competition, market saturation, and regulations.

I knew a pizza guy that wanted to retire for a long time, but didn't trust his business to go to anyone (and his kids chose other professions). He finally found someone to take over and for the most part it's the same quality and taste. My father way back in the 80's was the guy that trusted this pizza shop owner to give him a great loan to start the business that was paid off early. My brother and I were one of the first customer for their $1.25 lunch special (two large slices and a can of soda). Every weekend my brother and I would hunt down bottles to recycle for 10 cents a pop to get lunch. There was a convenience store in the same plaza that would accept used bottles.

I can see the Codie Book of Quotes..."Half the game of business is just not taking no for an answer and thinking of creative solutions when the inevitable disaster comes next; it is like business is just a carefully concealed series of disasters moving down the highway." Codie Sanchez "Most successful people I have met would say that they are not that smart and they are not experts; they just work a little bit harder than everybody else for a little longer than everybody else and the truth of the matter is, is that it is in the work we trust, that is what makes a main street millionaire." I got a ton of value from this, and yes i treat it as mainstream advice... however it illustrates beatifully the potential for anyone wanting to learn. If you're serious about it, go learn it... if you want to learn the concept without the homework... watch this video! I'm not sure what it's called or if there's a term for it, but right towards the end... there is writing on the footpath leading to the front door...such a cost effective idea that just throws positive affirmations at you in such a way, you enjoy it 17:05 If you are conemplating any type of buying a business,...get an exit strategy so that you have a way out also, so many people do this from a weak position and not when they have the ability to make a strong one.

Many for pay employees are making less money with inflation rising. A 3% raise is a pay cut in actual value and if the work a little overtime, they get less on their take home. Math puts everything into perspective, but only if we do the arithmetic.

In my experience, luck plays a part, especially in the short term. But I’ve noticed that when results remain consistent, it usually indicates something more than just luck. For me, research was the challenge until It led to Emily Ava Milligan, a fund manager. I thought her strategy made sense, it contributed to growing 400k into this and counting

Is this only possible in the US? I know that if both sides agree on something and wrtie and sign a contract, then that contract becomes a law, regulating their relationship. You can even go to court and demand the other party to obey the contract and the judge will approve it. But in other countries such "seller financing" may not be possible due to the law regulating seller-buyer relationship over any contracts, i.e. no matter what is written in the contract, if the contract is not in line with the procedures written in the laws and rules then that part of the contract is considered insignificant and unnecessary to do. So how do you document the "seller financing"?
