my hair right now is to my neck, it's long and curly. when I'm lazy and don't feel like styling it, I just wear it in a a ponytail or big tail, I saw a real cute style on pinterst and the best days I just do a two stran twist and use curl la la and spray it with water. roll with perm rods that's it .

I have hair exactly like yours as far as the type/texture but it’s high porosity. I do know for a fact that it’s naturally high porosity because I did a big chop where I cut it down myself to .5 inches. While it was growing out I did not add any color or chemicals to my hair. My hair is extremely dry especially at the ends. What would you suggest how many times a month to steam? Also, this video taught me how to know my deep conditioner sits on top of my hair opposed to penetrating into the shaft. So kudos to you for actually showing the difference.👍🏽

How does this compare to using heat cap (with products applied on damp hair)? The heat cap comes cheaper but maybe having corded hat for extended period would be more of a hassle vs the steam just gets it done as you're applying treatments?

Protein and moisture balance until you get the health back, but keep trimming the unhealthy ends till it reverts. And just as she's shown, the steamer helps a lot, especially for those with low porosity and those with dry hair
@sheatopianvillage_23362 жыл бұрын
Also, a balanced diet and good ol' water for internal health which will shine outside through your hair.
