Toad the pest method actually makes like 35m~/hr if not more. But since ur ironman u cant sell pesterminator books. Pesterminator books are worth like 1m each in bz

You should use bat person armor instead of mushroom, it gives just a bit less pest chance but a ton of farming fortune(almost rivaling fermento) if its set to mossy recombed pesterm 5 etc. it halso has the benefit of you being able to use ranchers boots

im like 80-90% positive that 4x pest chance in sprayed plots means theres a less chance that when a pest spawns it spawns in a non sprayed plot, it doesnt spawn more pests.

The wording is weird, but you can check it with a stopwatch, the cooldown at which pests spawn is about twice as fast with that mayor perk active

Hey Toad ! It might just be a thought on my side, but I don’t see why it would’nt work and I tried it on my side and it seems good. So, the idea is while pest grinding, When you have the fermento armor on, dont what rancher’s boots but fermento boots to boost your fortune as well as your fermento chance which really seems to work for me at least and with playing with the toggle potion effect ability of cookie boost I managed to get to 328 speed which is basically perfect for cane so yea, might be a way to get slightly more money/h without much effort tbh

I had a chim 4 dae axe (chim 5 now), used Bonus Pest Chance potions and waited for the cooldown to swap back to mushroom and pretty comfortably got around 30m per Hour. Also I have Full Perfect Peridot in armor, cane hoe and vacuum, and also maxed wheat and cane milestones and green thumb 5 on everything, including zorros cape and pest vest. (Ironman too) I had this issue where I would sometimes have 10 speed more than I should have randomly, reconnecting usually fixed that. Never ran into problems with AOTV Speed though, so getting the right speed wasn’t too bad
