Firstly, musically...you had my head nodding from the first beat. Secondly, Lyrically it was an education. I love it when a conscious rapper spits something that makes me think, "What or who was he talking about?" I then go out and research the subject that he spoke about. Knowledge is Power, eh? This is Powerful stuff. Love the track

It's so nice to hear references to Ethiopia (Lalibella and Menelik) as the only African country to successfully resist colonization twice. An African country whose name has been tainted with the word famine which has hidden the amazing history, culture and beauty of this Incredible African country which is the home of ALL of mankind! This is music! Keep this up and lets educate young people on the truth about black history as well as the history of all peoples on this planet we call home! peace.

The is a whole world of black history out there and the English speaking diaspora constitutes a small minority of the total global African diasporas. American cultural imperialism is still with us and we need to be alive to the reality of the totality of the global African struggle against racism and oppression. Great videos nevertheless keep up the good work !

@Runny1337 mmmmm......because Norwegians were not taken from their homeland and forced into chattel slavery, dehumanised and stripped of their historical continuity while their homeland was colonised and segregated only then to learn and realise where they were from and so seeing it as a necessity to teach their young so that they have a history like everyone else and not a void. To remember is good, to overstand is better, to be truthful is the best. Peace.

Actually not all schools learn about black history. Like mine...I beleive our history is not limited to 28 or 29 days a year. That is not nearly enough time to learn even half. But this month is to remind people that we do have a history. Which some school systems neglect. Amazing song.

I'm a Pakistani born British citizen and a Muslim. My faith has taught me that if you can't practice Peace and Equality, you can't achieve humanity and nearness to God. I've read so much about the likes of Mohammed Ali and Malcom X. People like these are true Kings and Emperors of Love. My Peace and Respect goes to the Black Race - God bless every soul, past and present.

I LOVE this!!! BIG shout to these brothers!!!!!! This is REAL MUSIC, teaching us about our Great Black History - the TRUTH that will never be exposed (e.g. taught in schools) unless we as Black people take the time to research our roots ourselves. I'm tired of hearing useless songs about "niggas", "bitches", fast cars, money, hoes, guns etc that only cause us to fight and be at war against each other (i.e. "Black on Black Crime"). We need more music like this that will EMPOWER and UPLIFT us as a people, music that can potentially make some CHANGE. #EMANCIPATION #FREEDOMFROMENTALSLAVERY #ILOVE MYPEOPLE

My original verse... How far back shall we go/ Original Hebrew text says the Israelites looked like their captures so. Moses looked like an Egyptian before the Byzantine invasion blacker than coal. Hair like wool skin of bronze is it actually so/ Christ's image weren't the one we were actually sold. We were made in Gods image we were actually told/ First kings on the earth before being captured and sold. GE

@akariaz Bro...Why have you left out the word Hamaa (Black)! read your Qur'an...In Arabic then in English 15:28. Min (From) Hamaa'in (Black) Salsaalin (Mud). You'll find this in many Ayaat. If you want a second opinion check your Arabic Lexicon if you have one, Then speak to an Iman if you still doubt.
