The Gift of the Golden Kobold is a Quest reward that makes a highest Tier minion in the shop golden after 5 refreshes. If you manage to get a regular Sea Witch Zar'jira and the new Naga/Pirate Greta Gold-Gun, you can have a regular and golden Sea Witch in the same turn by using Gold Gun on the Sea Witch. This means you can copy any minion 3 times from the shop. When you have 4 golden Mat Matadors buffed up you know this is a bit too broken.

Because he does, every second discover he gets that pirate/naga which lets him make his naga golden sometimes few discovers in a row, that lets him farm magnetic mechs from tavern which are 100+/100+ why? Because he made golden baron + rylak + felemental play exact the same way by making naga golden and using her to clone multiples from tavern to make them golden to again discover that pirate/naga and repeat he's either luckiest player in the entire game ever or his drop rates are different

Jeef can usually win quite convincingly even against bad rng. And if he gets good rng... it just looks like he's playing a single player game versus weakest possible AI opponents.

whats your best counter to constant low rolls? better pivots? just eat an 8th or 5 8ths? I'm 6.8k which i know isnt crazy high but not low and it seems my lobbies are always just way too stacked way too early regardless of what i try

Should watch his videos. I think something important is that people at high rating don't get just get 1st every time, they are just aiming to maximize mme gains which mostly means just placing 1-4th

Learning how to turn 8ths into 6-7ths by playing for tempo/scamming others. Turning those 5ths into top 4s. Learning how to recognize how strong you are and how greedy you can be is very important. Bofur has a few videos where it looked doomed, but playing for tempo lets him reach top 4, where he can then try to scam an extra position or 2 again depending on matchup rng or rolling into the right counters.

Yes unless he finds fluidity which is why I think he does that cause if he manage to pull it he can magnetize the mechs and buy the full magnetize magnetic again and gain even more stats

It's doubling/tripling/quadrupling the stats, because the magnetic is going on the beat boxers, so the beat boxers are also getting all those stats.

No, you get the ability to pull a big minion off the board so you can play it as magnetic again and the beatboxers get the buff.
