This is simple but really amazing dear. Cabbage is something that you can hate if cooked wrong. Well done on the video 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾. Keep up the good work.

Primary school ugali/cabbage ruined cabbage for me, I'll have to try this out.

Haki the boiled cabbage and ugali was cooked to punish us 🤣

@@swahilifood Aki a little kitunguu and some shredded carrots wouldn't hurt. I'm convinced that it takes effort to make it taste that terrible.

@Kay Ji It was normal for me too back in the 80s, I was in boarding school during the drought of 84' they served monotonous food Breakfast = Sugarless Uji Lunch = Boiled cabbage and Ugali Supper = Boiled githeri with less beans and visible maggots! During school holidays, I appreciated my moms cooking more and up to now I try not waste any food! Even though I now live in a country where they waste more than they eat! So now I buy mostly food products that are almost expiring for 1/2 the price. Eat what we can and preserve what we cannot= Zero waste goal is what we are aiming for.
