There's some good stuff in this video, especially about how when she leaves you, she feels the weight lift off her, but by going no contact, she'll start feeling your absence. However, if she left you FOR someone else, then the reason she's happy is because when she met him, all of the interest and attraction that she had for you transferred into him so she's on top of the world. If that's the case, no amount of no contact will do anything to bring her back because she's already moved on. If you need proof, the fact that her texts became cold and indifferent overnight should suffice.

I'd say since she's contacted you 5 times, message her back ONCE and say you don't think it's appropriate for her to contact you while she's in another relationship. You can go on to say, "I didn't cause or want this breakup, but friendship isn't something I can get on board with at this time. If you're going to be in another relationship, I need to be away from you at least long enough to move on. My trust in you was and is damaged, and that can maybe be repaired at some point, but I don't see doing that for the sake of a friendship anyway. So you're going to live your life the way you choose, but I don't feel like it's healthy (or right) for me to be close to you under the current circumstances, and it's not up to me to change them. My ex gf came back 2 months after she dumped me but she promised she would act better and she admitted to everything she did wrong saying she was sorry n whatever. So I gave her another chance and after talking for a while we hung out for a day and it was perfect. Then he unblocks you in case you cave and jump on the opportunity to contact him (and because he wants to see what you're up to). Just ignore it. If he wants you back, he can be direct. But he has to eat the loss. You only give up the control he's trying to grab if you reach out.
