I can tell from the comments there is a lot of confusion on what I do. Although I don't practice anymore as I'm in finance. Just know this. Danny Percival almost all chiro do that. but you ll have to pay for the adjustment and also for the muscle work. adjustments is about 45$ and muscle work for 15 min is about 30$ (more or less)

It was funny that he mentioned yoga. A few years ago I had lower back pain that wouldn’t go away. I didn’t go to a doctor, didn’t have insurance at the time. I saw some yoga poses for lower back and after a few weeks of doing it, my pain went away completely. Haven’t done yoga since. I should consider it.
