The theory that the Gorosei are the perfected ancient kingdom technology of Vegapunk's Satellites and Imu is their Stella really got a boost this chapter. The five can remotely communicate with one another and see through each other's eyes something the satellites couldn't, but merely emulate with Eggheads video network and earpieces. The Gorosei can also teleport to one another when summoned a technology that Vegapunk was working on, but not yet perfected at the start of the arc. Also even the fact that they all have different Devil Fruits is a step up from Vegapunk as he and all the satellites share the same one. Honestly the only thing Vegapunk has over them is that he had created six satellites while Imu only has the five Gorosei, unless their was a sixth who betrayed them much like York did Vegapunk. Maybe an inorganic being such as a robot who when last awoken tried to rejoin his brethren in the Holy Land who happens to now currently be resting in secret on Egghead.

This is a showdown I don't think anyone was expecting for at least another few hundred chapters. This is making me nervous that the end of One Piece is far closer than we predicted. Also, my suspicions in the chapter where the Blackbeard Pirates talked to Saturn is coming true. The World Government under Imu will NOT be the final villains. They will be the next villains to fall. Imu's fall will create a Global vacuum of power, and guess who's gunning for that empty throne as we speak? Yes, Blackbeard. Blackbeard is going to seize the throne while the entire world turns on the Celestial Dragons. The final war will be Pirate vs Pirate. The Throne Wars as Doffy said is coming to pass.

A couple months ago I actually made a theory on Reddit about how I personally believe Imu possesses the Hito Hito No Mi Model: 𝑴𝒖𝒄𝒊𝒇𝒆𝒓 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙉𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝘿𝙚𝙫𝙞𝙡 Mythical Zoan power, an ability that grants the user the power to transform into a powerful Ink Demon that can manipulate ink freely to conjure all sorts of nightmarish terrors into reality So based on that idea what if the Gorosei aren't real people at all, what if they are simply nightmare demon creations that Imu themselves brought into existence via their ink based mythical zoan devil fruit?
