If I remember correctly,Caity Lotz(Sarah Lance) was a dancer,and had some training in martial arts,so she did her own stunts. She became one of my favorite characters, but i actually love them all... And detective douche being the bad guy,was like "yeah,I knew it"

She had not only some training in martial arts, she is trained in Taekwondo, Wushu, Krav Maga, Arnis and Muay Thai. ;) So she is actually pretty bad ass. 😎

Loving the Michigan gear. Also loving you finding out how great this show was. One of my favorite shows of all time… it might be my favorite. The last two minutes of every episode always leaves me in shambles.

Yeah, they recasted the actress from the first episode that plays Sarah

I always assumed that the recast was because when they shot the pilot they had no intention of bringing her back in any major capacity, but once they decided they were they needed someone that was a tiny bit more solid of an actor.

⁠not the case. They recast because Jacqueline Wood (who is a good actress) had scheduling conflicts.

You might have noticed I didn't say she wasn't a good actress (mostly since I had no evidence either way) just that maybe they thought that Caity Lotz was a *bit* more solid, which could mean a whole slew of things. If it was a scheduling conflict, then I stand corrected.

@jeffbrown8117 It was a bit of both. The initial casting was for a single appearance. She never would have been able to accept the initial casting if it was for an expanded role.

yea season 2 went hard. i forgot which season i dropped arrow and flash, but out of the cw series Legends of Tomorrow is the only series i watch all the seasons
