Display Port and DVI don't require paying licensing fees while HDMI requires licensing fees on a yearly _and_ per-device basis (for low-volume devices) as well as per-device royalties and, if you want to use the logo and get a lower royalty fee, you have to send devices off to be tested (extra fees). DVI-D is signal compatible with HDMI, though, so it doesn't require an active converter (HDMI has more features so, while you can connect some HDMI sources to DVI displays, not all sources will work, not all DVI displays have HDCP, and, of course, DVI is video only). Basically, it means they can produce devices without paying rather exorbitant fees. The manufacturer of the adaptor will, of course, have had to pay the fees, but they get to pay the high-volume fee of $10k/year and it can be included with a variety of devices.

The mini pc in the link is different and it's better. It's a gold metal box HIRUN 4gb 64 GB and $125 I baught that one. I think it's way better then any Android rock chip boxes. Plus it does have windows. It's only $125 Canadian with joysticks and 500gb hardrive. I think it's a Chromebook processor with GPU and it does play PS2 !

What’s your view on the Anbernic rg503 oled wicked? My gf got me one for Xmas paid about £80, I’m liking if so far. Does anyone know if I can use Bluetooth headphones with it? I would like to add some more PS1 games but I’m clueless lol and only have access to my daughter’s old laptop. Any recommendations for plug and play SD cards that would be a good upgrade for me? DVI can do audio. I've used a few DVI to HDMI cables and got audio from a DVI port going to an HDMI port on TV and I've used the same cables on a monitor with built in speakers to plug a PS3 into the DVI port and it worked fine with audio too.
