Dude MS-13 is a Latino gang. Congress Heights is like 98% African American. So that doesn't make any sense. I live in Congress Heights and am white BTW. I can assure you MS-13 is not really a problem. In fact, I've never had a problem living here despite the reputation. To the degree there's violence, it's between gangs, not innocent bystanders.
