Sulake destroyed it themselves! I swear I miss these old Habbo times... where you could trade and with people and build up ur Character. Where you got scammed sometimes because someone traded with you and placed 20 Coins and just accepted the trade and canceled it again. In the end you traded some expensive stuff against a fu***ng duck but on other days u were lucky cuz u traded some shit against 20 coins. People from that gen. will know what I mean. I miss these old official rooms where u could just chill and talk to people, the cinema, the lobby, even the swimming area where I spent tons of coins to perform a nice jump. Damn Habbo was great back in these days.. sulake started to destroy it cuz they only saw the profit on it... HC was something special, something to be proud of back in these days. Dafuq is the builders club ? Just another way to make profit... At least I can say I grew up with the old Habbo and that makes me happy. Even tho I miss these times. Habbo is dead af now! OMG! This is what I really like about Habbo Hotel before 2009! The first time I get to know and play this game was in early 2007. The game was so addictive and fun back then. The real-life to the animation advertisements in this video? Like the Lido Deck? I remember watching 3 ads for the first time on the website of this game before watching the same ads on KZbin here. It's very sad that the current Habbo is not like the 2000's times because the new public rooms have replaced the old ones which I do not enjoy that much. I prefer the old Habbo a lot. We can see that the game is not revive-able at this point, as even during pandemic, it can only reach around 1k at its peak which is 15x less compared to its golden era (Imo, 2000-2010). Maybe people rn busy with social media, and in addition, sulake just fuck it up real bad. The saddest moment for me is when I decide to quit and do giveaway together with my two bestfriends in habbo in 2015 as most of our members in groups have quit without any notice.. Although, idk them and they don't know me either, three of us still chat with each other occasionally till now and yesterday one of them ask me to visit habbo.. and the nostalgia is strong, but we're very depressed at the same time when looking at this dying state of this game.... Still, this game makes my childhood-teen years enjoyable to go through, and no matter what game I played rn, it just can't beat how happy I am when playing this game. Btw, this game really taught me not to trust others when I'm just a child, and how to bargain and do business also control the marketplace price xD
