Fun video! Thanks for the updates. I just bought a pair of clogger chainsaw pants to wear instead of chaps. I think if you will hang up the chaps if you get some summer weight protective pants. Always enjoy your videos. Hope to see you at a show this year. It would be nice if you let everyone know where you’ll be carving and when.

You are so talented! I have been watching your vids for inspiration! I'm looking to get into chainsaw carving as a hobby and had a few questions if you have a second. I'm a TOTAL novice so sorry if these are silly questions! I'm stuck between a 14, 16, and 18 inch chainsaw, I have a similar build to you (5'4" 130ish lbs) so I though you would be able to tell me most accurately which size you have better handling with. Obviously I'll get several chainsaws in the future but if you could only pick ONE size to start out with where would you start? I have been looking at everything from 12"-18" and there are too many options! I plan to go corded electric, at least to start with. I know many people prefer gas but for price/weight/and continence I'm pretty set on corded for my first saw! Any advice would mean the world to me! Keep up the hard work, I know KZbin is a grind! You are doing so great :)

Hey Tay! That’s awesome, I'm flattered! Love seeing more women getting into this type of art! Honestly I really really love 16in toonie bar the most on my stihl MS 201c. Best set up ever! I would really start looking into battery chainsaw! My first battery chainsaw was a Makita. It was one of the cheaper batteries saw and also I use a lot of there battery tools. For detailing look into dime tip bars! HUGE game changer for detailing!😉 Hope that help! Carve on and stay safe!

Hey this video is awesome, I really like the vlog format along side the carving! But just one thing to be safer: NEVER wear a sweatshirt with strings and it's best not to have your hair down. If your hair or strings get caught in the blade when you are bending down and the saw is running.. not good hings may happen. Hope you understand I'm just looking out for your safety. But I love your youtube videos I really hope to see more soon!
