There is no reason to be at 500 Sleep Styles, so you’re fine working your way there. I’ve optimized for Sleep Styles but could have been more optimized for other things. Everything has a trade off right? 😅

Taking naps is a bait that only works well with whales. You not only dilute your drowsy power ergo the quality of the pokemon, but you also are forced (psychologically) to spend more money for pokebiscuits.

Ooo, hadn’t considered the biscuit quantity, although not being able to use the bonus biscuit on the main session is something that has deterred me for sure.

@iBenBrownPlaysPokemonSleep there are a couple different ways you can nap while still using your bonus biscuit on your main sleep. First you can register a nap on the pg++ but not connect the device to your phone, then you track your main sleep on the phone, and make sure it's less than 8h 24 min. After that you connect the go++ and it'll be a nap after your main sleep (technically before) and your bonus was used on the main sleep. You can also do this with the smart watch, nap with the smart watch or go++, don't connect that device, main sleep on the other device, and then connect that one first, and connect the other device to register the nap afterward.
