As a kid who learnt to solve a cube in a about a month, my time was about a minute or more. I always wanted to solve it under a minute. But, the tutorials were kind of complicated to me. I wanted to learn CFOP method. But, mostly OP (OLL and PLL) were hard for me. I felt like giving up tbh. This video inspired me to get back up and try to do what i wanted to finish before. Thanks man, im well-inspired by you! ❤

Wow, the first videos I watched of children trying to demonstrate how to solve a cube were obviously home videos created by their parent(s) it was cute but too many cuts made it hard to follow his or her method, they took minutes instead of seconds. The other children should have made a script and practiced scene one, cut cut cut, from the beginning Take two, Action. And don’t post mistakes, unless you’re showing how to undo or fix a mistake, no pauses or using filler words because people will copy what they see. Nevertheless, this boy is not just a child, good job.

@@The-virus-r4zI mean not everybody but ye the most used cubing method is cfop
@Rpk_king5 ай бұрын
Idk how to do cfop
@TurfuON5 ай бұрын
@@Rpk_kingSo CFOP is like a method that solves the cube like very fast CFOP has 4 steps: 1. The Cross - you solve the white edges (no corners) make sure to line up the edges with its correct colors 2. F2L - (this may take you some time to learn so be patient) you solve both the first and second layers at the same time (look up a tutorial) 3. OLL - basically you solve the top yellow layer immediately (memorize the algorithms through muscle memory) 4. PLL - solve the rest of the cube on the top layer So basically to learn CFOP, you need to look up a tutorial and have a lot of time (like you need A LOT). So uhh don’t give up and keep practicing

Hey Maxwell. I’m a 42 year old dude who just got my first cube on Christmas. It’s a Rubiks brand. I can solve a cube. But it takes me about 3 minutes on average. I solve white face, 1st layer, 2nd layer, yellow cross, top ends, top corners then solve. My question is, have you had any mishaps in tourneys, where you get a FAST solve, but put down a cube that isn’t completed? Maybe it didn’t fully form a cube when you put it down? Or any other mishaps? Thanks for this awesome vid btw. New sub here. Edit: Heading to your cubicle partner page now. Gonna grab me a cube that can fix a crooked corner on a turn
@MaxwellChan02 жыл бұрын
Awesome! So glad to hear about your cubing journey! Yes, occasionally I would be off by a turn or do something wrong during the solve, but I eventually learned from my mistakes and changed my habits. It just takes practice! Lmk how it goes!

@@MaxwellChan0 Thanks for the reply! Hope all is well with you. Any thoughts on what step I should take next to speed my time up? I’m currently practicing my TPS with just the right hand algorithm.
