I came across your first video not long ago when I was looking for recipe sbaneh bi riz...I just wanted to refresh my memory how did we cook it back when I was living in Lebanon. As soon as I started to watch you wow it hit me... rejatni ala Lubnan in my memories... I learned the accent of "Beiruty" (since I'm not Lebanese) and I love to hear it again through your fantastic videos Atnthony. Since I'm living in Europe it is so nice that I can practice the Arabic language this way and enjoy all the fantastic educational, spiritual, informative videos.
