Glad it’s back on the road. I’m basically where you are now in mods. I’m tuned and make 310hp/330tq on 91, then around 360/360 on e60. You could easily add and hide the flex kit you got, way more if it didn’t have the Jpipe and loud exhaust alerting cops.

I travel for work and I bought my EVO here in Cali. It was registered here because I haven't been home to change it over. I got state ref and when i went to court, the judge asked if I corrected the modifications I told him yes and he said dismissed. I didn't have to show proof or anything. I am now registered in my home state and still here in Cali for work. I have yet to be pulled over for my exhaust. Just setup a LLC in South Dakota and register the car under that business adress.
