That's not how it works. The royalty's a figurehead with no actual power. If they tried to order troops around, the army would just refuse, kick it up the chain of command and the royal would get a polite conversation from a Prime Minister. If they keep it up or if it's egregious enough, they might get deposed. They basically only have the power as long as they don't use it. Belgium's former king refused to sign an abortion law, meaning it couldn't become official. They dethroned him, signed the law themselves, and made him king again the day after with the understanding that if he tried again, he'd be dethroned for good. Royals have a lot of soft power, wielding a lot of influence and being involved in a lot of things, but they don't directly affect anything.
