Thank you for showing the real China. I was born and bred in the UK and had this horrific perception of China, how backward and oppressed people are. However because of work I moved to Hong Kong and began to visit, do business and even stay in China including spending a lot of time in Shenzhen. Everything the British media painted China to be is the complete opposite and you begin to see how twisted and engineered some of the narratives are. Even the Uyghur claim - I suggest people actually make some Uyghur friends to find out what the fact and fiction is.

L F I feel like the governance style is just different. In China, it’s more like “parent” style governance. It’s like before you feel cold, your parents are forcing you to put on more clothes. It’s just like the beginning of this pandemic. When all citizens in Wuhan still wandering on the streets without any mask in the middle of January, the city is locked down. Maybe it feels like bossy, but it’s for the benefits of all. And we know that the decision is well discussed by experts. So, in the name of science, we trust. It’s not like when in May, the Trump administration is still denying the effect of mask just because it’s bad for the image of so-called “freedom“. In my opinion, our country has showed a great advantage in this health crisis. But just because the big “parent” have made some good calls doesn’t mean that it won’t make any more mistakes. The important thing is to learn from our mistakes and do better in the future. That’s also why China need someone like you to make adequate and well thought suggestions to this government instead of whining. That’s how we can really make a difference, don’t we?
@lf54154 жыл бұрын
Qingcheng 隋庆成 SUI can communist party make a difference? By what, stealing other couturiers’ patents, having unfair trades with other countries or lying to others about its human rights and the origins of coronavirus? Now the whole free worlds has waken up and we will see if the communist party will collapse like soviet Union soon? Btw, I am not American and not living the America. Please don’t be brain washed by the propaganda of communist party that every time when people try to criticise the communist party, they literally turn around and say ‘see, look how bad America is’. Hahahah typical!!!

@eisbaer27584 жыл бұрын
You are right, the world is disconnected. No one speak the truth in public. Like the US election results supersized everyone. I blame the bloody blind political backed medias. As I have been living in the "freedom" society in Europe for many years, actually the media in China and Europe are biased in their own way. European media tried so hard to portray China as a red, evil, powerful, unfriend, communist regime, otherwise it would fundamentally challenge the political values of Europe as democratic and individualism-oriented society. Since when you have heard any positive news about the second largest economy of the world --- China? So many foreigners went to China and got shocked. Ridiculously right? who has been constantly brainwashed? In contrary, the Chinese media was blindly portraying western countries as the land of wealthy and too positive like a heaven in the past few decades, but the chinese people aboard quickly realized it is a media illusion and they were brainwashed.

(Here are a few French companies, for example: Alstone, Alcatel, Total, etc.) Liberty Freedom and Justice never existed in US, not to mention US gov have 10x more ppl works for gov than ccp and pay the exact same percentage of tax on salary, and much much more on transportation, housing, education, etc. especially property tax, we don't have it here in China. China is like the Wakanda in the real world, it's mostly built with domestic tech and services. It's vastly different and sometimes inconvenient for foreign travelers, but great regardless. And that's what makes the US feeling insecure about China, because it has little control over it. For practically most of the countries out there, the US has absolute control over them through financial or technology means. If a country is not agreeing with the US on certain matters, the US has many ways to replace the existing government if it choose to do so (to be fair, the US chose not to do so most of the time). China is trying to prove that a country can be successful without the US influence, and the US is trying everything to stop that from happening.

Yes it do look great in fact brilliantly modern even if it's just a small part of city, but we need to realise at what cost it have been build I mean look at the amount of people in the area, it clearly suggest this place is only for the elite, I read a report it said that more than 600 million Chinese are living at 2-3$ a day, so you can clearly see what I am talking about.
@天天向上-i3f4 жыл бұрын
Explain this to you. Your source of information is what the Premier of China said: There are 600 million people in China who earn less than 1,000 RMB. In fact, he counts the total population of China. The population of China is 1.4 billion and the working population is 770 million. There are not so many people with a monthly income of less than 1,000 RMB. As long as you have hands and feet, go to the poorest province in China. Looking for the lowest-end job to clean the toilet will exceed 1,000 RMB. If China has 600 million working people with a monthly income of less than 1,000 RMB, then you will see many starving people on the street.
