Every product is harmful in its own way, be it simco hair fixer, gels, waxes or sprays. I suggest you to use it on a small part of your beard to know if it causes any side effects, if it does, then try some other product. If it doesn't, then you can go on using it. Greying of hair is also due to lack of vitamins. A good diet is optimal for overall growth and nourishment, be it your hair, or your whole body! I hope my answer was helpful! You can't avoid it, the hold lasts for a few hours, for me it lasts for 4-5 hours, after that the beard gets a little scattered but still doesn't look messy.

Bhai, kya sikhi me beard trim ya line Kara sakte hai kya? Beard shape specially gale ke line ki. Mera problem ye hai ki, mujhe gale tak dadhi aati hai,(dp purani hai) aur kaatne ke baad gale pe uncomfortable hoti hai. Isliye mujhe neeche se beard shape nahi karni hai. Sare KZbinrs neeche trim karte hai. Hamne kya karna hai?

Sikhism says you should keep your body the way it is. Natural, Sabat Saroop. As far as I know, applying any products is also looked down upon but many of us continue to do it. To answer your question, no you shall not make any changes to your hair, be it your facial hair or your body hair.

If your beard is short, there is no need to tie it. Let it grow, use coconut oil/olive oil/castor oil to nourish it. If you really want your beard to stay in shape for atleast a few hours, use water and hair dryer to set it in place.

Every beard product is harmful, be it sprays, simco, gels, waxes. They all are harmful. You need to find what suits your skin. I recommend trying out sprays that your friends/ family already have. Apply it on a small part of your beard and if you don't have any allergic reactions, you can use that product. Taft is better than simco in my opinion

Yes everyone has their own opinions, but let me tell you Brother, All the Gurus, Maharajah Ranjeet Singh and all the prominent personalities from our community were not less professionals than you or me. Tying of Beard was an idea that came up a lot later during British Raaj where they forced Sikhs to tie their Beards during their British appointed Duties. Let’s not glorify our symbols of slavery and tell the world that we are a community of free people and we have accept our true identity the way Guru Gobind Singh jee wanted us to have. And yes glues were present at His time also but he chose not to use them on His face or beard for that matter. 🙏🏻
