It is super helpful to write down your goals and have them on paper and as you say, just choose what you know you can do that day and focus on just a couple things you can achieve. As a father of two small children, the urgent and important can be more of a challenge to manage. Working full time, then having a small window of time for family time as well as online business growth is tough. But you’re right, what has the highest importance is what gets the time and attention. For me that means sometimes the business takes a back seat to family time. Things grow slower, but I’ll never get the time with my kids back.

Great point Tatiana. I have a to do list as well and no matter how many tasks I complete I always feel dissatisfied with myself because there is just so much more to do. I need to shift my focus on what I did do to feel more accomplished and better about myself.

over planning hurts me... I feel gratification doing bookkeeping, schedules, organizing but never seem to actually get any real activities that make me money done. I loved building and setting up my websites, buying inventory, logging it, cleaning it, taking pics of it etc... but its so hard to sit down and do the listings 😳 I feel like a failure and it puts me in a depessed state of mind. After watching this video I think adding a morning workout may help clear my head and ease my stress levels. Also I will be turning off my phone until I am done with my goal number of listings are completed in the morning and afternoon listing sessions. So thank you for this guidance. I think I will start with 1 hour of yoga 🧘♀️👍🙂

@@ProjectLifeMastery well i didnt watch the whole video but time management tips, not being reactive, having an intention, planning ur day out. It's just nice that you guys get straight to the point and providee value, not just bullshit and waste people's time. There's no fake tips like "oh you just gotta do it, go out there blablabla" meaningless shit. It all makes sense and I appreciate that a lot.
