I have back problems, suffering a hurniated disc, have huge pain in my leg, it feels like rope around my leg being pulled all the time, but thankfully have still neurological sensory, i can move i can walk, but it hurts like hell...my question is : is it possible to do this kind of stretching even though it is painful, and would it help to release pressure on my pinched nerv (l4 - l5). Sorry for my bad English and thank you in advance for possible replying.

Try the yoga , child pose to relieve your back pain . Also , chiropractor is the doctor for bones & muscles problem .

there is no training in Wudang temple - what you see here is the same as in Chinese Wudang Schools.
