How could I be so fortunate that this work should come into my hands. We've all been talking now for at least ten maybe fifteen years about developing and moving from the Core. Here is one who moves as from the deepest of cool rivers. Through a roomfull of wobbly newbies, carving board-like planes through the air and all the while is silk, pure silk. All I can do is try. And try 🏇

Nice Stretching Moves. Already knew and been doing most. But not that last one. I kinda do a variant of that but Will definitely try that as well. Right now even 😃. Thanks for the videos. Many GREAT Tips and Moves that help building and strengthening the Core, the Source.

Thank you for the video, but it's hard for me to understand the exercise with this camera angles. Legs are missing, or the arms. Or both. It feels that I would have to improvise 80% of the exercise.

first slow down the speed to 75% of normal. if need be make it 50% so you can catch more details f what to do. if you think u will deviate by 80% i would not advise you to practice any movements like that . keep in mind you don't have to do all of them. do those which you can see how to do it well only. their are more ways to skin the cat of opening the hips/kua area. u are on a computer so google, youtube, vimeo, etc. . to train kung fu u have to use common sense and do what is practical to gain skill/kung fu. if u think of something that isn't practical or sensible don't do it.
If you meant bagua zhang, one can learn it at Wudang Shan. Everything's connected.. ^^

The term blockade means to enforce any embargo with military action. The term you should be using is "blockages." Not blockade. Good luck with the grammar. LG. Laoshr 60 CYKFA

Nothing is more frustrating than videographers who don't know to pull back the camera so the entire body can be seen. The upper body movements are nothing without the footwork. It's not enough to move back and forth between them: the entire movement must be seen.
