I have an hp laptop conected to an external monitor and an epson projector. I helped my mom push sound from whatever is playing through computer to projector speakers. By the way she is a teacher using teams to teach.. Iam trying to figure out how can she hear the online students talking on line through the projector speaker in classroom and also if there is a way she can talk to them through projector mic or something while walking around the classroom?

Yes she can but she needs one of those speakers with a built in microphone and camera that’s what my teachers use in school just search for speaker and camera for online calls and it should maybe show up I reach back with a link if I can find one. Hope this was helpful greetings TheReviewist.

Do you have a hdmi converter otherwise get one from my link in the hdmi converter video. And if you have internet there is a small button on one of the sides that you can push to the side and if you do so you should have 5.1 audio or just get a receiver. Best regards TheReviewist

What a cable mess, a have a lg projector with 2 cables, hdmi and the electric current cable, sound goes throught bluetooth. Epson must improve their products.

You can actually run the Apple TV thru the external speaker then the speaker to the projector and it works without that little device you have

I wish someone could please show me a video explaining this. We still can’t get sound to our bose sound system. We also have an Apple TV and just bought the home cinema 1060 projector. So aggravating.

Denise Lloyd if you look on the Apple TV you van see a small hole where it says sdif which is a plug in for a optical sound cable from there you should be able to put a optical cable from the Apple TV to the speakers reciever hope this helped if it didn’t I can make a video about it

There is an optical output for optical cables for speakers on it so you can buy a optical cable and then use it with your system or also u could use what I use in the video.

Yes you should be able to do so of the sound bar has a hdmi output and an audio output like optical output

I’m not sure if it will work if you only have a hdmi port if you already have it then try it but if you don’t have it buy it and if it does not work return it hope this was helpful.
