You have to understand the concept of mental mirror. Whatever image you will put infront of mental mirror will be reflected back into your reality. When you put an image of that thing already being yours in your mental mirror then you will definitely get it. Your physical appearance, your voice, your possesions, your relationship results, all are first set by you in your mental mirror and then they reflect back into your reality. So believe you have it already, picture it in your mind that its yours and affirm that you have it. And boom, the results will blow your mind. One thing I do to get into the state is have an inner interview. In this interview the voice asks me, so how did you become this person? And then I go from there convincing myself that I already Am that person. Once I reach the state from within, then I go into affirmations to really solidify my state. And while in that state I continue to affirm when I’m out of imagination, even though your always imagining. ♥️♥️♥️

Yes change the pattern! Start small so you can learn how to work with and realise the shifts in reality as testament to proof of the result of your commitment. Then progress can be made better from insights of a more certain nature that we learn to act upon. keep a piece of paper by your bed with the affirmations and read them every morning and before you go to bed! or you could also set reminders on your phone of the affirmations so throughout the day, you’ll be reminded of them.
