He forgets that music is subjective, and what one may think is the peak, most artistic song ever could sound like garbage to others. eg. I really like Flume, Aphex Twin and Eprom; I feel their songs are the most artistic ones I have listened to. But my mother and sister have different opinions. To them, they feel like the music is a bit too much, chaotic and unlistenable. But I can't just call them out for having "bad taste" in songs. People are different. That's how we are. Make the music you want to make. Dont worry about incorporating machine-made sounds (as he criticised its use in pop songs complaining about how its not real music blah blah). According to him the sounds made using synthesizers are not real, true sounds bc they are machine made? For all we know the composer might have used Kontakt libraries (a plugin used inside a DAW) for some of the sounds like the Shehnai. This music that you hear, has most likely been composed, arranged, mixed and mastered in a DAW, with a computer. Of course, I agree with some of the points that he made in the later part of the video regarding the fact that people should appreciate lyricists, composers, and other audio engineers more. Again, if you have much to learn, dont take this guy that seriously.

While making remakes, you must see to it that you do complete justice to the composition. But woh thehraav aur presentation kisme hai aaj kal? Maine aaj tak woh Thehraab sirf Javed Ali, Shankar Mahadevan ji, Hariharan ji aur in legends me suna hai!!!! And best part is, they have maintained the soul of Sufi. Sufi ka matlab chillaana nahi, just like Bollywood ne impression bana diya hai. Sufi is all about feelings, emotions, and connecting with the Divine within. And well said about Music Sense and Knowledge. Aaj kal log 1 week ka crash course attend karke khudko Classical Music ke Ustaad samajhne lagte hain. Matlab saalon se riyaaz karne wale kyaa bolein?

I agree that the mass audience focuses on singing in the song and in movies too they just look at the dead so called drama or action. Very less action movies (that too of South industry) creates a huge impact along with art. Tumbbad was a period film and was more of like the stories we've read in childhood or heard from our grandparents... It was made so beautifully and had all aspects of winning or getting a nomination for Oscars. But sadly the audience couldn't recognise it's value. And then these people would say "India mein koi achchi film banti hi nahi hai" after watching Radhe and Baaghi types movies.
