some tips for Reaper is don’t be afraid to rush as him, he can incinerate close range don’t make his minuscule damage from afar misjudge your choices, Reaper is best on Attack modes since he is able to get the whole team to target him

honestly this is the best advice i was ever given in OW1. If there's no immediate flank points, I'll usually teleport behind their back line and then shade shift back to the party after annoying their healers/DPS. Rinse and repeat. It really throws the party off and makes the battle space omni-directional rather than straightforward.

i dont know what games you are playing, but i have the entire team come after me as soon as i fire a single shotgun blast, even if i teleport miles behind a team, the ENTIRE team will hard focus me

Reaper is very good in OW2. At first I felt like he was ineffective but after playing him more I have a 76% win rate on him atm.

true that, its more that they communicate well and know where to be when they need to. gold reapers shoot the same as this but the positions and teamplay are way to high-level. On top of that is the fact that he does aim pretty well.

Reaper needs help. I don’t get people calling him OP or needing a nerf. His self healing is pitiful, he’s not sustainable as a back line flanking assassin which is ironically what his kit is designed around, and everytime I see any picks happen as him it’s either when the enemy team is paying literally zero attention or when you have help from other players on your team. Comparatively, tracer and sombra do what reaper is supposed to but infinitely better and don’t rely on constant backup from your team.
