Do long jumpers have the same training schema as short sprinters (100m-200m)? What I mean by training schema is the same weight training, sprint training etc?

In short no. Long jumpers need to be really explosive and reactive in terms of elastic strength. Sprinters can get away with less elastic ability and even plyometric ability. A long jumper's sprint in their run-way and this is the paramount focus of their sprint training. So, they need to hit the board at optimum speed and with the right set up on the steps before the board. Sprinters of course need to work more on their starts and accelerations and sprint and speed endurance. Weights and plyometrics would also be different although there would be some commonality.
