It comes after the Sussexes' Archewell Foundation was declared "delinquent" over failure to pay fees, according to the Department of Justice’s records.
As a result, the charity will not be able to continue raising or spending money.
Kinsey says: “This is going to be hard-hitting for them, somebody is going to be very upset over this embarrassment.”

That’s the thing about going on a faux royal tour, you don’t control anything. On a real tour there would have been discussions ahead of time about things like food not being offered as a gift for example. Most royals wouldn’t eat something offered to them either, but they would not be in that position in the first place, but even if they were they would know how to handle it, smile and thank the child, then pass it to an aide to ‘save for later’…not just turn away and rudely ignore the child like Meghan did.
