Totally agree. These cars are incredible each one has its own challenge. For me the races I did in the early days of LFM where some of the best online races I’ve had! Maybe RF2 and LFM will be next months go to! Cheers for the video incredible content as always!

Nice review, I love the BMW personally... remember you don't need to buy all the cars in order to race them on LFM, so the price tag you mention would be if you wanted to own/drive them all yourself... you could buy the British Track Pack for £17.42 and a car for £4.38 and start racing...

Great video mate! I've been waiting for a steam sale to pick up rfactor 2 (or CD keys to get stock) because it does feel a bit price prohibitive, but always looks like great fun!

Great video! I am fairly new to rfactor2 but really like the feel of a lot of the cars. One thing I don't understand is how you easily decide which cars/classes you are going to have in a session, such as if you are trying to create a WEC style race. I did wonder if it's possible to define your own class?

In setting up a race you can define exactly who/what your opponents are. You can have 100 different classes if you choose ☺️

It seems great, but man, those cars are giving me hell. I'm understeering on the exit of every corner. I can NOT make that stupid Corolla get out of corners decently, and at 100% difficulty, the AI cars are just flying by me. I don't normally suck like this, but aside from making the car undriveably loose, I cannot be competitive with 100% AI....I've not had this issue on AC or AMS 2. So just trying to get to grips with it because I love BTCC.

Oh man i am so hyped for this game, I loved the Ps1 games so much, even though the graphics were pants to say the least. What i will say is Why cant they just charge £60 or even £70 Quid for the game and give us the whole game on disk like they use to, I can't download DLC's Ive only got mobile internet. When i try to sign in on my PS5 to get the DLC's i get as far as scanning the QR code, And i got no friends or family to help me do it. So IM'e left out again, Why shouldn't the little guy or girl be able to enjoy the games. If your not on the net or whatever, Your left out in the cold, Iv'e spent thousands & thousands of pounds on games & consoles over the years, And helped to make the gaming industry rich, Without us Old schoolers, Where would they be. And now cause of all this internet and you tube and all this DLS nonsense, we get left behind. I know it's not your fult you don't make the rules my friend, But mabe they should show some loyalty to us old timers Who have been there from the start of gaming. Why cant we have the best of both worlds, when it use to be both on and offline career modes, And still cater for the internet players, Like bus sim 21 they said all paid DLC was included free, then i find out you have to be signed in just to get it. witch is pointless really don't you think my friend. AM i talking out of my backside, Or have i got a point, I would love to know what you think about it pall.

It is overpriced but rf2 is the best driving physics engine, alongside AMS1 that is no longer getting content, so it's still a good deal.

The offline championship or lack there of is a real deal breaker. I'll play other games instead of this just because of that. It can't be that hard surely to put in. RF1 had an awesome offline 3rd party champ you could configure anything you won't points/finishes lap times/sector times everything you could think of. I lost the program :( you had to import rmf files from memory.

Someone replied to my post below re-championship setup for some reason I can't see reply here. Yes that's it Log Analyzer "Keith White Log analyzer you can use it for rf2 as well. That’s how I do my Championships pretty easy to setup as well since s397 have done all the skins for 21/22 season" Keith can I trouble you for a link please and the setup instructions it's been so long I can't remember anything.

I got it working earlier. It's on the s397 forums. Also referred to as "rf2la" The issue I have with it is I have no idea how to set a grid. Example - grid of 20 btcc cars. Set it to use btcc 22 mod...it'll pick a random selection of cars from that mod. I guess I'd have to make my own rfmod or whatever it's called.
