Two years later and this video aged well. Wiggins grew into the defender the Warriors needed. In the 2022 finals the Warriors scored consistently against Boston, 105 points per game with little variance. Whenever they held Boston under 100 points, they won. This goes to support mdj’s point that with curry the warriors will find a way to score but they need defense to win.

KD was called the best score all his career and never featured as the best player, but 3 seasons with the warriors made him the media's best player, KD's defense was sub par for what he had to work with physically and with the warriors help he became one of the best this is the same for Mcgee who is the best rim bloker on the Lakers, Dwight just has the better story for media... and as said on this video, anyone who plays on the same offense as Steph magically becomes a better point shooter, the truth is just how much space and time he gives players who are with him

And Loz You clearly haven’t watched the Celtics this year at all because Jayson Tatum is an all-star who averages 22 points on great shooting as well as close to 8 rebounds and 5 assists. Wiggins on the other hand is an inconsistent, inefficient, and ineffective player who relies only on scoring to get the job done. And his scoring ability isn’t that great either.

As a Wolves fan, Wigs is very underrated. I'm taking this year, he had a slump last year and everyone wants to define him for that. This dude got 23 points a night on 44.5% in the dumbest offense I have ever seen that ran totally through KAT. He will be so damn good with Klay and Curry. This dude can cut through defenders and get to the bucket so easily.

Everyone's looking at this wrong. -Wiggins is a great explosive athlete -With Curry and Klay spacing the floor he'll have tons of space to slash -His poor % come from having to be the primary ball handler in Minnesota -He's 24 years old -Extremely underrated passer All he has to do is clean up on some turnovers and work on defense more (which i think he will since he'll be a third option), it's easy for Wiggins to be a scapegoat of the T-Wolves horrid coaching and management but with a new scene in a championship organization I don't see why he can't succeed and flourish as a t3rd option on a contending Warriors.

Just this year Wiggins was averaging 25 a game on good efficiency throughout the first 2 months, our season got de-railed when Towns was hurt and Wiggins numbers dropped. He wasn't the fit for us but in GS I can see his full potential being shown.

I think the Warriors are looking at it like this. We went to the Finals 2 times and won a championship with Harrison Barnes. If Wiggins can play a similar style and fit in. Maybe we can continue to be a finals contender. Obviously they’re going to need to make more moves depth wise... but I think Wiggins fits better than D’Lo. D’Lo is great, but he needs the ball. Wiggins is more effective without it.

Imma be honest Wiggins was looking like a much improved player this season. He was able to play the point for stretches and shot a lot better. He regressed a bit more as his season on the wolves moved forward, but still. I think alongside Steph, Klay, and Dray, he can focus more on locking in on defence and shooting around the perimeter rather than feeling the pressure of being a max contract player on a young, pretty bad team.

He has Steph Klay Dre and Steve. Compared to just jimmy riding him he has different perspectives to how he needs to improve for success. I doubt he will have the same result as when jimmy was riding him in Minnesota. Was never a fan of Wiggins but this is definitely the best situation for him moving forward, it’s on him if it never works.
