Yeah, this was def a well timed palate cleanser for RWBY. We needed levity baaaaad after the finale and honestly it was probably therapeutic for CRWBY to make something light and fun after all that happened.

Welcome to the Therapy side of RWBY, where nothing bad ever happened. We certainly needed it after everything we went through in v3. The Ninjas of Love bit was a call back to v1. When redecorating their room, Blake can be seen stashing away the exact same book. Reloading actually had some weight on the real series. It's the first time Gravity Dust was ever namedropped, and it'll be one of the most utilized forms of Dust moving forward, even having multiple plot points. Though this isn't the first time it's been seen. In fact, it's been a part of the series since the VERY first entry. Chibi is noncanon, it's just some silly meaningless fun. Don't go thinking too deep into it. I think this is best shown by how they're willing to make fun of the silhouette background characters from v1. That said, there is some clever foreshadowing to the main series that gets better with hindsight. Yeah, the jokes in Chibi are kinda predictable but it's why we love it. There is one particular theory that ruins the fun, but I'll spare you that particular bit of trauma.

Blake definitely has two sets of ears. One pair of cat ears and a set of Human ears. This helped her pass off as a human during the Beacon arc. And Faunus are supposed to have human traits but only one animal trait. If you watch the RWBy: World if Remnant videos, there is one that specifically discusses the history of Faunus and their traits.

Once you're done with Chibi, you might want to react to the World of Remnant episodes... unless you want to react to the Volume 3 soundtrack before the Soundtrack reaction fans explode like they almost did with the one for Volume 2. If you choose to react to the World of Remnant next, there's four of them for volume 2, and they're narrated by Salem. There's also four for volume 3 and they're narrated by Ozpin, and there's eight of them for volume 4 and they're narrated by Qrow. The volume 4 World of Remnant episodes contain no spoilers for Volume 4, so you can get them out of the way before you start the volume. They're not really that long, so you could do all 16 of them in one video, or make a video per volume if you prefer. After that, I believe the only thing left would be the Volume 4 Character Short.

So glad you're doing the Chibi arc!!! They really did this so damn well. They touched on anything & everything in the RWBYverse, no one was spared!! And poked fun at themselves a bit as well. Can't wait for you to see more. Chibi was great therapy, even for the CRWBY!! And I agree..... RWBY did become RT's soul by Volume 3. Red & Blue and AH put Rooster Teeth on the map. But, RWBY became it's GEM!! And even more after Monty's passing. Which makes not having RT or RTX now even more heartbreaking, I guess...... I wanted so much to go there someday. Sorry.....
