I would love to see a country style home wraparound porch. Huge walk in pantry a whole room with plenty of shells. A place in the back yard to garden vegetables plants herbs. Every bedroom has its own full bathroom and walk-in closet. Farmhouse sink in the kitchen, but not in the middle of the island. A craft room theater ,room ,workout room . Sanan room , big kitchen for family to hang around in .at this point I’m just dreaming, but I would love to have something like that one day.😊

Beautiful Spacious Home! The Best Bathrooms and Bedrooms I’ve seen to date. Remove the double staircase, One was sufficient for this style Home plus it took up allot of space. The Interior decor is Supreme! The Office, Kitchen, Dining, and Living Rooms were designed to perfection! It didn’t matter what the Backyard looked like (OMG!) A Stunning Home! Good layout. Very spacious bedrooms. I usually don’t like having two staircases in a house, but here they are planned correctly and do not block the passage into the house. I would change the kitchen cabinet doors and kitchen appliances - they look outdated.

Very nice house!!! Good job Toll Brothers as always, but (there’s usually a but with me) the entrance and great room gave me commercial vibes and not residential homey vibes. I’ll have to rewatch and study those two areas because something is off about them. The ceiling height in the great room is nice, however I would’ve liked to see something more than a chandelier. Perhaps a wood ceiling feature or beams to kind bring the height down just a tad to create a cocooning effect and making it feel more homey and cozy and not so commercial looking.Those glass coat closet doors are not for everyone unless you’re super organized and OCD which most people are just going to shove their stuff in those closets and it’ll look a mess. I’ll grade this house a 9/10 for now. I’ll come back with an update.

Thank you for the feedback! However, I highly disagree. What are you thinking, this is the 1990s? In 2014, this home would’ve ran about $750K-800K+. A ton of money has been printed and put into circulation, and we did not deal with normal inflation recently. Normal inflation rates would’ve been 3-4% per year but we dealt with approx. 8.3% in 2022 which is insane. We all wish it was different, but that is the reality.

Not crazy about it, I thnk the staging was overdone, Don't get having a formal dining room soon as you walk into the house and the kitchen is around the corner, flow just seems to offer an inconvenience if you're entertaining guests. Two individual coat closets? A media room and an entertainment room on the 2nd floor?? Just my opinion, I'm sure there are folks who love everything about it. I'm not crazy about it.
