My favorite part is 1:53 when the state decides that they just want to play the video, with audio. She smirks, knowing how well this will go over and how embarrassed "Mr. Brooks" would be. She then does her best to be courteous and suppress her smirk immediately, and was very professional when the judge said she would make that decision herself. I commend these attorneys and this judge, they are doing an outstanding job of avoiding a mistrial.

I don’t think the prosecution has been petty AT ALL. They’ve been extremely patient, straightforward, and even helpful to the defense. Only at times of extreme disrespect to the court, has the lead prosecutor’s tone been more elevated, but she still sticks to the facts.
